Introduction
At The Agri Partnership, we firmly believe that the rapidly growing global population and rising household incomes in emerging market economies, along with a backdrop of resource scarcity and inflationary economic policy in developed world economies creates a logical argument to invest into productive land and technological assets. The assets that have delivered so plentifully for past generations no longer deliver the returns nor the stability required to protect and grow the wealth of those that have worked hard to obtain it today.
Alongside these trends, a significant knowledge gap emerged between investors and the alternative asset classes and sectors that might serve those investors better in their hunt for safety and profit.
Thus, The Agri Partnership was created as a means to bridge that gap and provide quality, credible asset class and market analysis, and to identify sectors, assets and opportunities that were better correlated to today’s ‘new normal’ economy.
Our Approach
The Agri Partnership acquires and develops underutilized land, existing farming operations and, more recently, high tech farming facilities for the production of high value crops and commodities.
Our clear and detailed process allows private investors to participate in the direct ownership of productive agricultural assets, an option that has been historically reserved for larger institutions. However, after investing to a specific mandate developed over 10-years that has been crafted to extract the most attractive blend of risk and reward from the ownership of our farming properties, The Agri Partnership has created an institutional solution for the private investor.
The goal is to create a membership base of active and interested clients where we can bring real buying power to the market, competing with institutional investors who have historically dominated the space.
Our investment philosophy is simple, we want to change the ‘status quo’, giving our clients the tools they need to make an educated investment into productive agriculture.

Our 155-acre site which we have developed into a state of the art blueberry and hazelnut farm alongside our local farming partners. We have added significant value to the asset from the outset by developing an underutilized area of land and creating a state of the art farming operation. We opted to implement two high-value crops with significant upward potential. This project offers high projected yields and a unique opportunity to participate in a fully operational farming business.
